Sydney’s Closet – Equipment Loan Closet

In 2003 the Board of Visitors generously donated $15,000 to CITT so that we could establish a therapy equipment loan closet.  Through this program, a family is able to borrow the equipment for the necessary length of therapy.

In honor of Sydney Hudson, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 10, CITT has renamed our durable medical equipment closet “Sydney’s Closet.” While Sydney was not a CITT recipient, her Uncle was generous and ambitious enough to ride his bicycle cross country several years ago and donate the proceeds to our organization.

Sydney was a child full of energy and spirit. She always made those around her laugh and had an amazing sense of humor. Her parents Jeff and Julie Hudson, always made sure she could participate in and enjoy life. From skiing to taking part in the Rock and Roll marathon, she was always there laughing and living life to the fullest. We at the CITT organization are both pleased and honored to announce the addition of “Sydney’s Closet.”
