Child Improvement Through Therapy (CITT) is the only non-profit organization in Maricopa County helping to bridge the financial gap between therapy costs and insurance allowances for families with special needs children. The services CITT offers extend beyond financial assistance to include the lending of durable medical equipment, workshops which support siblings of special needs children and an equine therapy program.
